It all began in Turkey on April 19, 2001. We met during a day tour of Ephesus and the Virgin Mary's house. We immediately hit it off and spent the rest of the day together. I offered to show her around the town that I was staying in, and while trying to impress her by guiding her around the town, we got terribly lost and wound up walking for over an hour and a half. After a quick but unforgettable dinner together, she had to catch a cab back to her town as I had made her miss the last bus back to her town. Then she was off to Istanbul. I thought I would never see this angel again but Allah Akbar (God is great)! We kept in touch via e-mail, sms', mail...

Two days before our wedding

The day we met, I knew that this trip would be a life altering one!

Here we are, a bit over 20 months after we met.

This was the day my dreams began to come true

She is just soooo Beautiful!!!

I never would have imagined I'd travel all the way to Egypt to get married

Nadia made a lot of sacrifices to marry me and come back to the US. It was a very difficult thing she did. Leaving all of her family and many friends, her job and her beloved year round scuba diving! Coming to a country with totally different culture, language, weather and way of life was extremely difficult for her.
